Our precision stainless steel tubing is most often welded and redrawn to custom dimensions with the option of also being seamless and redrawn. We deliver in lengths or cut to length. Our diameter range is from 3 mm to 70 mm outer diameter with a wall thickness of 0.01 mm to 2 mm. They are available in a variety of stainless steel grades and surface finishes (cold drawn, ground, bright, shot blasted, matt etc.). Our standard tolerance is +/-0.03, mm and we can provide up to +/-0.01 mm on request.
The fields of application of our services range from motion technology, medical technology, instrumentation and free machining to the machining segments of parts for automatic lathes. Swiss Profile also specializes in the manufacture of precision tubing for pneumatic cylinder manufacturers with a full range of standard sizes from diameter 6 to diameter 63 mm in stock or on order.
