We are pleased to present PX Group’s third Sustainability Report, which looks back at our main environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities, as well as the progress made in 2025.This report reflects our commitment to further embedding sustainability at the heart of our activities, our industrial processes and our value chain, while strengthening transparency on our progress and the challenges that remain.
Key highlights of 2025
A carbon footprint that remains below its 2020 level
In 2025, PX Group’s greenhouse gas emissions remained 37% below 2020 levels. Several energy efficiency projects contribute to this, notably heat recovery, optimisation of compressed air systems and the installation of new cooling systems. At our Bonne Fontaine site, photovoltaic electricity production reached nearly 469,000 kWh, covering around 15% of the site’s electricity consumption. Our site in Malaysia also installed photovoltaic panels at the end of 2025.
Responsible sourcing creating social impact
PX Group continues its commitment to sourcing mercury-free gold from artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM).
Beyond metal sourcing, this approach aims to contribute to the sustainable development of artisanal mining communities. The premiums generated by the purchase of responsibly sourced artisanal gold under PX Impact® enable the GEIF foundation to support projects related to the environment and sustainable development, humanitarian aid, education and public health.
In 2025, all premiums were paid to the Peruvian NGO FIDAMAR, which carried out 14 interventions in the areas of education, health, local economic development and women’s empowerment, directly benefiting more than 12,270 people in Peru.
Investing in our teams’ skills
In 2025, PX Group employees received 11,247 hours of training, contributing to the development of skills, employability and operational excellence within our teams. These results are the fruit of our teams’ commitment and of our collaboration with our partners. We are continuing our journey with the ambition of gradually strengthening our positive impact and the resilience of our activities and value chain.
