The PX GROUP has been run by the Chave family for two generations. The advertised positions, for the most part, operate in a very specific environment. In our Group, we value professional skills, but equally, and most importantly, human skills. Candidates will receive training at their positions in order to develop their know-how, and will then be able to take advantage of the specific knowledge related to metals, precious metals, and semi-finished products. To this end, we are looking for people who are driven by passion, with the desire to work in a stimulating and dynamic environment.

TRAINING AT PX GROUP

Within the Group, one of our credos is training.

Training of apprentices in several branches, continuing education, language training, specific training, etc. the concept filters down to all sectors. Our organisation is dynamic, and the employee mindset reflects the need for versatility, to meet not only our internal targets but also customer and market requirements.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The Group, with its vision and values, actively encourages motivated, committed and high-potential people to apply. The selection process and the various interviews give you the opportunity to demonstrate your desire, your energy, and your motivation.

The application files are reviewed by our human resources department and the specific managers according to the position advertised and the profile sought.
Short-listed candidates will be invited to an initial interview. A meeting that will enable you to explain the reasons for your application. This will enable you to learn a lot more about the Group, the different companies, and the team spirit that prevails within each of them.
The second interview, if applicable, will enable us to get to know you better, to describe the position more specifically, and also to evaluate your knowledge of the field. It is also an opportunity for you to clear up any doubts.
Some positions will require an interview with the Group Management.
