In accordance with the revision of the Federal Law on equality between women and men, our company PX Précinox SA has recently proceeded to the analysis of salaries according to a method provided by the Confederation. The results showed a perfect salary equality between women and men, thus respecting the constitutional right to an equal salary for a work of equal value.
This study also highlights our commitment to being an employer of choice and to ensuring that there is no discrimination in any of our Group companies.
