Corporate culture is considered an informal institution within an organization: it is the set of behaviors, values, traditions, symbols and norms specific to each company. It is as well a source of motivation or demotivation. A company’s culture influences the company’s ability to innovate and adapt to the unexpected. All these elements characterize and make a company unique.

The PX Group has decided to strengthen and develop its corporate culture in this year 2023. While the labor market is very volatile and retaining talent is an essential element for the smooth running of our companies, at all levels of our companies, we have decided to communicate and to bring to life the vision and values ​​of the PX Group which are supports for the implementation of our strategy.

To do this, we asked a group of employees to become ambassadors of our corporate culture and to define the main lines of the content during the half-day workshops that will begin this spring. The ambassadors will lead these workshops in order to communicate, to all of our employees, the values ​​and the strategy of the company. The workshops will also give the possibility to share the different experiences between employees in order to have, in the end, a common vision.

We welcome the launch of this initiative, and we are looking forward to seeing the results. We are convinced that they will help us to achieve better communication and collaboration between all of us.
