At Swiss Profile, we believe that a responsible business looks after its greatest asset its people while actively safeguarding the environment for future generations. In 2025, we continued this commitment through two key initiatives that reflect our core values.
Health Awareness Program: A Commitment to Employee Well-Being
Since its launch in 2024, our Health Awareness Program has become a cornerstone of our workplace culture. Organised by our EHS team, this initiative provides basic health screenings and educational sessions for all employees, regardless of position, gender, or background. Demonstrating the program’s strong appeal, an average of 50 employees from across various departments participate in each scheduled session.
Through these bimonthly activities, staff can monitor key health indicators such as weight, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), and blood sugar levels. More than just a check-up, the program promotes a healthy lifestyle and has proven to be a powerful platform for cross-departmental interaction, strengthening the internal bonds that make Swiss Profile a great place to work.
Greening Pangkor Island: A Collective Effort for Coastal Sustainability
Taking our commitment beyond the factory walls, 82 Swiss Profile employees travelled to Pangkor Island on 6-7 December 2025 for our annual CSR program. The goal was clear: to take direct action to protect Malaysia’s precious coastal ecosystems.
Inaugurated by our General Manager, Mr. Matthieu Crolas, the two-day event combined education with action. In collaboration with the Municipal Authorities of Manjung (MPM), participants received a briefing from environmental expert Mr. Sabri on the vital role of coastal flora. Equipped with this knowledge, the team planted 150 Scaevola taccada (Ambung Ambung) saplings along Pasir Bogak Beach. These hardy plants will help strengthen the beach’s resilience against erosion, safeguarding it as a potential nesting site for marine life like sea turtles.
Complementing the planting effort, employees took part in a beach cleanup, collecting waste to restore the shoreline’s natural beauty. This dual initiative not only contributed to a healthier environment but also fostered a deep sense of teamwork and shared responsibility. We are proud to have partnered with MPM in this meaningful step towards a more sustainable future.
