As its name suggests, Future of All Kinds Day is all about the future and the wide-ranging prospects open to girls and boys today. Over the course of a day, they’ll discover a wide range of professional fields and new life paths. Futur en tous genres enables them to discover new horizons, to reflect on their career choices and life prospects without preconceived ideas or preconceptions.
It’s a project set up by several partners: schools, the professional world and the family sphere.
Futur en tous genres has its origins in National Girls’ Day. This project was initiated in 2001 as part of the 16+ Apprenticeship Project, by the Swiss Conference of Equality Delegates. Right from the start, National Girls’ Day was a great success, and since then over a million girls and boys and many companies have taken part.
