New ESG boost with the Appointment of Joana
PX Group is reinforcing its commitment to sustainability with the appointment of Joana de Brito as Group Sustainability Specialist. With more than 15 years of experience in ESG strategy and corporate social responsibility in Switzerland and abroad, Joana will support the Group in the structured and ambitious integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.
She will build on the progress made over the past five years to mitigate the impacts by strengthening synergies between our entities, clients, and partners.

A shared roadmap to move forward together
Sustainability is a collective effort. It is by mobilising collective intelligence that we will be able to move in the right direction. Everyone, at their own level, has a role to play.
This is why an ESG roadmap is currently being developed, based on the key sustainability priorities identified in 2024 in collaboration with our stakeholders. Its objectives are to:
- Establish a strategic management tool for ESG issues and opportunities
- Prioritise actions with the greatest impact and added value
- Recognise the efforts of teams at all levels
- Strengthen transparency and impact measurement
- Identify risks and leverage opportunities
