Profiles for linear bearings

Our precision profiles are used in both elements of a Linear Bearing: the Rail (Static Element) & the carriage (Moving elements). The rail (or raceway) is a profile shaped with 1 or 2 raceway tracks for the balls to run along on each side of the rail. The Carriage (or block) contains usually the mirror-image raceways that align perfectly with those on the rail.

Components for Linear Ball Bushing

Our stainless-steel hardened raceways are perfectly adapted to the composite system of linear ball bushings. A round, hardened steel shaft acts as the rail and a recirculating circuit of bearing balls runs endlessly in a housing between the shaft and the hardened raceway inserted inside the housing, carrying the load, and allowing linear and rotational motion.
