In order to preserve the resources of our planet, PX TOOLS implements a recycling process for tools made in carbide. This project is carried out in collaboration with its partner customers involved in this operation.
The management of the gathering system for used carbide tools will be organized by PX TOOLS, by means of consignment boxes, placed directly at the participants location.
Carbide tools, marketed and manufactured by PX TOOLS are composed of precious and rare materials, available in the reserves of our planet. They are essentially composed by tungsten and cobalt, resources that are not unlimited on our Earth.
Sustainable action
PX TOOLS acts with the help of its partner customers to limit the environmental footprint. To carry out this project, PX TOOLS is setting up a recycling stream for all carbide products. A collection of used tools will be organized at customers place adhering to this environmental gesture.
The carbide reprocessing cycle is broken down into several steps, starting with the powdering of the material to the manufacture of a new product, then the carbide is sent back to the distribution circuit.
This process limits the impact of mining, as well as energy consumption and transport usage.

To participate in this beautiful joint operation and start your collection, please send your request for consignment boxes.
Once the boxing is filled, contact PX Tools who will make an exchange with an empty box. The tracking and traceability of the recycling stream is ensured and available at your convenience for check.
PX TOOLS will take care of the collection, weighing and shipping of the carbide to the recycling site. The price will be determined according to the weight retrieved; the amount will be credited on your customer account to be used on your next orders.
