PX Group offers a wide range of custom-made tubes, from round to complex shapes, in numerous non-precious metal alloys.

We have control of the entire value chain, from raw material sourcing to the finished part, to ensure the highest precision and quality. These products are obtained by cold drawing, which ensures high dimensional stability, a clean surface finish and improved mechanical properties for all welded or seamless tubes.

Our semi-finished products are designed for applications in the watchmaking, medical and aeronautics industries, as well as for high-tech and linear motion technology.

  • Wall thickness: 0.05 – 2.50 mm

  • External diameter: +/- 0.01 mm
  • Thickness: +/- 0.01 mm
  • Ra <0.5
  • Straightness: 2 mm/m
  • Length: +/-50 mm for 3000 mm bars

Other tolerances: on request.

Finish

  • Hardness on request: bright annealed, light drawn, half-hard drawn and full hard drawn
  • Surface: cold-drawn, ground, sandblasted, satin-finished

Quality control

Each delivery is accompanied by a material certificate and an inspection report.

Delivery form

  • In component form (cut length)
  • In bars from 1000 to 4000 mm
