PX Group offers a wide range of custom-made tubes, from round to complex shapes, in numerous non-precious metal alloys.

We have control of the entire value chain, from raw material sourcing to the finished part, to ensure the highest precision and quality. These products are obtained by cold drawing, which ensures high dimensional stability, a clean surface finish and improved mechanical properties for all welded or seamless tubes.

Our semi-finished products are designed for applications in the watchmaking, medical and aeronautics industries, as well as for high-tech and linear motion technology.

Alloy combinations

  • Austenitic steels: 304 L, 316 L, 316 LvM
  • Nickel alloys: Inconel 625, Inconel 800

  • External diameter: 1.00 – 30.00 mm
  • Wall thickness: 0.50 – 2.50 mm

Tolerances

  • External diameter: +/- 0.001 mm
  • Thickness: +/- 0.01 mm

Quality control

Each delivery is accompanied by a certificate of composition and an inspection report.

  • In component form (fixed length)
  • In bars from 3000 to 6000 mm

Finish

  • Hardness on request: rough-welded, annealed and pickled, light drawn or hard drawn.
  • Surface: rough-drawn, ground, sandblasted, satin-finished, matt, shiny

Each delivery is accompanied by a certificate of composition and an inspection report.

Delivery

  • In straightened lengths up to 3 m
  • Arranged in layers in wooden crates for international transport
