• You are a hands-on person and are recognized for your human qualities, your ability to communicate and your interpersonal skills.
• You have acquired a few years’ experience during which you have demonstrated patience, great manual dexterity and rigor.
• You have good analytical and summarizing skills
• You have basic training in a manual trade
• You have a good command of the French language, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of metallurgy would be a plus
