PX Précinox recognized as a “fair employer”
In accordance with the revision of the Federal Law on Equality between Women and Men, our company PX Précinox SA recently carried out a salary analysis using a method provided by the Swiss Confederation. The results showed perfect wage equality between women and men, thus respecting the constitutional right to equal pay for work of equal value.
It also highlights our commitment to being an employer of choice, and to ensuring that there is no discrimination whatsoever within any of our Group companies.
