- Consolidate and develop our business relationships with our customers in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire/prospect for new customers.
 - Identify the needs of future customers and provide them with “tailor-made” offers in line with our current and future industrial capacities by identifying growth potential in related fields.
 - Propose and ensure project management adapted to our customers’ needs (feasibility analysis with the Methods & Industrialization department, preparation of bids with support departments, contract proposals, specification reviews, product development follow-up, etc.).
 - Participate in budget preparation, monitor debtors
 - Organize and participate in industry exhibitions and seminars
 - Maintain a technological and competitive watch
 
Your offer
- You have been a sales professional for at least 10 years
 - You also have a solid technical background and good experience in business development in industrial subcontracting, preferably in the jewelry sector.
 - You are a self-starter, serious and a strong team player.
 - You are a personable individual, comfortable in dealing with customers and capable of developing a long-term business relationship.
 - You are dynamic and a good listener
 - You have a strong ability to analyze and understand customer needs and are able to cope with stress.
 - You are fluent in French and English. Good knowledge of German and/or Italian would be a plus
