Our mastery of the entire value chain – from raw materials to finished components – enables us to guarantee unrivalled precision and quality in the most demanding markets.
Our precision stainless steel tubes are usually welded and redrawn to custom dimensions, and can also be seamless and redrawn. We deliver in lengths or cut to length. Our diameters range from 3mm to 70mm outside diameter, with wall thicknesses from 0.01mm to 2mm. They are available in a variety of stainless steel grades and surface finishes (cold-drawn, ground, bright, shot-blasted, matt…). Our standard tolerance is +/-0.03mm and we can achieve +/-0.01mm on request.
The fields of application of our services range from motion technology, medical technology, instrumentation and free machining to the machining of parts for automatic lathes. Swiss Profile also specializes in the manufacture of precision tubes for pneumatic cylinder manufacturers, with a complete range of standard sizes from diameter 6 to diameter 63 mm in stock or to order.
