Our offer

• Advise PX Group companies on all legal issues relating to business law (contract, corporate or competition law, intellectual property, labor law, etc.).
• Draft and review all types of contracts for the entire group
• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments
• Manage database of contracts and legal documents
• Drafting and updating internal guidelines (particularly in relation to money laundering)
• Perform compliance-related tasks (due diligence)
• Organize and actively participate in audits (LBA, LBMA, RJC…)
• Perform intellectual property tasks
• Participate in the design and implementation of training programs within the company.

Your offer

• You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in law or equivalent training
• You have a first confirmed experience in the legal field (compliance an asset)
• You have a good knowledge of money laundering legislation
• You have a perfect command of French (spoken and written) and a very good knowledge of English (spoken and written, min. B2).
• You have good resistance to pressure
• You are organized, rigorous, versatile and a good team player with analytical skills.
