The endoscope is a medical or industrial optical instrument that allows the performance of an endoscopy, i.e. the visualization of intrusive surgical operations, or even microsurgery, or simply the observation of places that are difficult to access in various fields.
A range offering all types of round and shaped tubes
In tubes sometimes less than 5 mm in diameter, up to two tools can pass through to intervene on the patient (scissors, claws, scalpel or optics).
PRECIMET offers all types of round and shaped tubes for use in endoscopy. The size ranges from Ø int. 1.5 mm with a wall thickness of 0.08 mm min. to Ø ext. 35 mm with a minimum wall thickness of 2.5 mm. However, the Precimet PX range starts at 1 mm inner Ø and 0.1 mm thickness.
Our standard dimensional tolerances are ±0.02, but on request we can work with tolerances of ±0.01 with int./ext. roughness of Ra 0.2.
We offer tubes with variable diameters and shapes within the same piece (drawn from one piece), various finishes and cuts to length.
